A fast food chain from Saudi Arabia needed a very specific kind of plant for the production of their mayonnaise. They had very precise ideas on what they wanted to achieve and needed different recipes tested to ensure they met their expectations. With a wide range of experience in food plant production, Inoxpa were able to not only test for texture, viscosity and taste alongside the client, but they were able to offer a full solution, which blew the customer away.
The project composed of 3 main solutions; sauce preparation equipment, the CIP system and the Pigging System. Let’s focus on the preparation equipment. This module consisted of mixing and dosing as its main functionality. For example, it contained a 500L pressure/vacuum mixing tank with anchor, bottom sawtooth propeller and multitooth in-line high shear mixer. This combination of mixers, gave the product a silky smooth and consistent mixture of the product, ensuring the taste was unwavering for the client every single time.
All these modules combined created a comprehensive solution that not only allowed remote control of the equipment and recording of all parameters during the process (during product and CIP), but Inoxpa were also able to carry out the engineering works and manage communication with other parts of the installation. The peak of this design was also the SCADA system management. This allowed for export and storage of recipes, as well as connection for remote assistance to any of Inoxpa’s offices across the world.
