Yes, you’ll need to login using your old email address. Once you’re in and you’re on your dashboard, click on ‘Edit my Details.’ Here you’ll be able to edit your email address, name and display name.

Of course, you can! After you’re done adding the items you want to your cart, click on your cart to view your products. You’ll see a ‘Save as Quote’ option, click here and a drop-down box will appear which allows you to name your quote. Click ‘Save’ and a pop up will appear, where you have the option to either keep the items in your cart or clear it. You’ll be able to view all your saved quotes on your dashboard whenever you need.

Yes, you can! Login and on your dashboard, you’ll see a box titled ‘Saved Addresses.’ Here, you can edit your billing and shipping addresses. We also have the postcode look up function which makes address entry much easier.

Not at all! There is a ‘checkout as a guest’ option upon checkout.

Yes you can! There are several options for payment methods upon checkout. Debit/Credit Card, Trade Account, Direct Bank Transfer and Apple Pay. We are working on adding Google Pay as well.

Your security is important to us, so we will send you a secure online payment link via email. This is the preferred method as payments are processed by our finance provider Stripe, who communicate directly with your bank, so your details will not be vulnerable.

We accept all methods of payment, apart from the following; Diners Club International and JCB Cards. Our online payment system Stripe does accept AMEX.

Fear not! Our friendly Sales Team manually input all online orders. So if we notice you don’t have an account but you’ve selected ‘Trade Account’ as your payment method, we’ll get in touch with you ASAP to rectify this and get your order processed appropriately.

This means we maybe out of stock on the item but we’re in the process of restocking, or we maybe due a delivery of what you want. Our lead times are estimations, so please get in touch for confirmation.

When it comes to manufacturing, we do ask that you contact us. There are so many variables when it comes to fabrication, we want to ensure we get the job done right and to fit your specifications. You’re welcome to use our live chat function, to pop in your details and request a call back or use our quote function. If you have drawings, even better! Send them through to [email protected] and we’ll deal with your enquiry as soon as we can.

We aim to complete our fabricated items promptly, to ensure quick delivery to our customers! Our standard lead time for fabricated items is 10-14 days, however it’s best to check just in case we are going through a particularly busy period.

Our website will send you an order acknowledgement notification. We process all online orders as quickly as we can, however if you place an order on the weekend, we will process it the next working day.

It depends on the weight of your order. You’ll be given the appropriate options our carriers provide based on the total weight of your order. If you have tube in your order that is more than 3m long, DX will be your carrier.

We aim to ship all in-stock items ordered before 4pm every weekday via a next-day service.

This is typically an achievable goal of ours but on particularly busy days, our cut-off time for orders containing tube may be adjusted to 3pm.

TNT and DX are our standard carriers. If your order is particularly large or heavy, we may outsource your delivery. We will always confirm which company we will use upon order confirmation.

We can; there will be a Saturday Supplement fee. You’ll need to ask for it if you order with our Sales Team or select upon checkout if you’re using the website to place your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Our carriers advise that Saturday deliveries are not a guarantee. You’re welcome to opt for the Saturday supplement, but we cannot guarantee it’ll be delivered on that day as services at that time are restricted. It’ll be delivered the next working day if they’re unable to deliver on the Saturday.

We certainly do, but it can vary depending on your location. You may have the option of pre 9am, 10am or 12pm. You can choose your delivery options (provided upon checkout if you’re ordering on the website) or you can ask our friendly Sales Team.

Our Butterfly Valve Handles are sold separately to the valve itself. You’ll need to ensure that you order the handle as well as the valve. The code is provided in the item description as to which handle you’ll need.

You’ll be provided a code for the suitable actuator, for the valve you’re buying in the item description. For example; if you’re buying a 1-3″ CSE butterfly valve, the code you’ll need is VMA16.

There are many different types of Ball Valve, so when on the hunt for the right one it may get confusing. Our standard Hygienic Ball Valves are 3-piece, full bore, OD, butt weld and you’ll find them under the code SV05.

Our BSP Ball Valves are available in 1-Piece 2-Piece or 3-Piece, with the 2-Piece being the most popular. They’re coded as 1-Piece under code SV01, 2-Piece SV02 or 3-Piece under SV03.

Each union has a specific seal and standard material usually defined by the corresponding British or European standard. We can offer material variations based on your operating conditions.

We stock different types of tube that come in varying lengths. All our Dairy Tube, Box Section and Angle is supplied in 6 metre lengths. Press Fit Tube is supplied in 5 metres and our Flat Bar is supplied in 4 metre lengths.

Please note; some flat sections and Press Fit Tubes can be subject to change.

Hygienic material is generally Dull polished, available in either 316 or 304 for most items. Surface finish can vary, if you would like clarity please get in touch.

Although we don’t stock PN10, the PN16 flanges we stock may be suitable. In some sizes the diameter, holes and thickness can be the same as a PN10.

This stands for Anti-Vibration. The blue inserts are intended to damper minor vibration that may occur. This ensures a tight, secure grip on the tube.

Like our Valves, Pot Strainers Elements are sold separately. Our 1 – 2” elements, you’ll find under code US012, 2.5 – 3” code US013 and the 4” code US02. There will be multiple variations for the micron size of the element, in each size. It may be useful to know that 1mm is equal to 1000 micron

All our unions have a specific seal and standard material, which is usually defined by the corresponding British or European standard. Each union and their standard seal material are below.

• RJT/IDF – Nitrile Black
• DIN – NBR Blue
• Clamp/SMS – EPDM Blue

We also have other materials such as Viton, PTFE & Silicone available as well if you prefer.

Although each material has its own temperature range, it will depend on the application you’re using the seal for, as to what’s suitable. It’s best to get in touch with us and we can discuss the most suitable material.
