How do I register?

Step 1 – Go to

Step 2 – Click “Login / Register” at the top left of the website

Step 3 – Click the blue “Returning Customer?” banner

Step 4 – Enter the email address you want associated with the account and click “forgot password”

Step 5 – Go to the inbox of your email and follow the instructions to reset the password

Step 6 – Once the password has been reset, go back to and

Click “Login/ Register” again. Once the page loads, input your email address and new password.

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I reset it?
Follow the same instructions as above.

Can I change the email address that I use to sign in with?
Yes, you’ll need to login using your old email address. Once you’re in and you’re on your dashboard, click on ‘Edit my Details.’ Here you’ll be able to edit your email address, name and display name.

How can I view my previous orders?
Head to your dashboard, by clicking on the account icon in the top left corner of your screen. You’ll see a box on the first page of your dashboard titled ‘View Your Orders.’ You’ll be able to view pending and previous orders here.

Can I put together a quote myself?
Of course, you can! After you’re done adding the items you want to your cart, click on your cart to view your products. You’ll see a ‘Save as Quote’ option, click here and a drop-down box will appear which allows you to name your quote. Click ‘Save’ and a pop up will appear, where you have the option to either keep the items in your cart or clear it. You’ll be able to view all your saved quotes on your dashboard whenever you need.

Can I change my address for deliveries?
Yes, you can! Login and on your dashboard, you’ll see a box titled ‘Saved Addresses.’ Here, you can edit your billing and shipping addresses. We also have the postcode look up function which makes address entry much easier.
